Terms of Service
Last updated 10 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Nutrolis AI Scriber. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Who may use this service
Nutrolis AI Scriber is available only to registered medical practitioners who are legally permitted to practise medicine in their jurisdiction, and who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the professional details you give us, including your registration number.
Your account is personal to you. Do not share your credentials. Notify us promptly at support@nutrolis.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
2. What this service is, and what it is not
Nutrolis AI Scriber transcribes clinical audio and drafts documentation from it. It produces a draft for your review.
It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It does not provide medical advice and it is not a clinical decision support system.
The system may transcribe words incorrectly, may omit information that was spoken, and may produce a draft note that does not accurately reflect what happened in the consultation. This is expected behaviour of speech recognition and language models, not a defect.
3. Clinical responsibility remains yours
You must read every note, summary, and prescription before approving, saving, sharing, or acting on it. Approval is an affirmative clinical act. Once you approve a note, you adopt it as your own clinical record.
Pay particular attention to drug names, dosages, frequencies, and durations. An error in any of these can harm a patient. Nutrolis marks uncertain content and writes “not documented” rather than inventing information, but no automated system catches everything.
Nutrolis accepts no liability for clinical decisions, for the content of records you approve, or for any patient outcome.
4. Patient consent and data
Before recording any consultation, you must inform the patient and obtain their consent in accordance with applicable law and professional guidance.
You are the Data Fiduciary for patient information under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Nutrolis processes that information on your behalf. You warrant that you have the lawful basis to record, transcribe, and store the information you put into the service.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Record any person without their knowledge and consent.
- Use the service for anything other than clinical documentation.
- Attempt to access another user’s account, records, or any part of our systems you are not authorised to access.
- Reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product, or scrape it in bulk.
- Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
- Misrepresent your professional credentials.
6. Your content
You retain all rights in the transcripts, notes, and records you create. We claim no ownership over them.
You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service for you: to transcribe it, draft a note from it, store it, and deliver it where you ask us to. That licence ends when you delete the content.
We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not permit our subprocessors to do so.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. During the pilot period, we may change or introduce pricing with reasonable notice.
Do not rely on Nutrolis as the sole record of a consultation. Keep whatever records your professional obligations require.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrolis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or clinical outcome.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one thousand Indian rupees.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law.
Export anything you need before you delete your account. Deletion is permanent.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
